ACM-Finance GmbH develops, advises on and distributes non-regulated IT and software solutions in the finance sector and supports the digitalisation of financial processes. We combine technical craftsmanship with an understanding of the workflows in the financial environment – while deliberately staying outside licensable activities.

The purpose of the company is the development, consulting and distribution of non-regulated IT and software solutions in the finance sector, as well as non-regulated offerings for the digitalisation of financial processes.
In practice this means: we analyse business and financial processes, design and develop suitable software, and support its introduction through to live operations. Consulting and delivery come from a single source.

Deliberately non-regulated
ACM-Finance GmbH provides exclusively non-regulated services. We do not offer investment advice, investment brokerage or financial services within the meaning of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz, KWG) or the German Investment Firm Act (Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz, WpIG). Our activity does not require regulatory authorisation and is not subject to supervision by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
What we deliver are IT, software and digitalisation services for the finance sector – for example the technical implementation of processes, evaluations and interfaces. Responsibility for regulated financial decisions always remains with you or with the entities licensed for that purpose.
