We do not offer investment advice, investment brokerage or financial services within the meaning of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz, KWG) or the German Investment Firm Act (Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz, WpIG). Our activity does not require regulatory authorisation and is not subject to supervision by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, BaFin).
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act – VSBG).

Liability for content
