2. General information about this website
The protection of your personal data is important to us. This website processes as little data as possible. In concrete terms, this means:
- No cookies are set.
- There is no tracking and no reach or usage analysis.
- No external resources (e.g. web fonts, maps, videos, social media buttons) are loaded from third-party servers.
- There is no server-side contact form; a contact enquiry is made exclusively via your own email application (see section 4).
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by an external service provider (host):
Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (service "Cloudflare Pages"; delivery via a global server network with locations including the EU)When the website is accessed, the host processes technically necessary access data that your browser transmits automatically (so-called server log files). These may include: IP address, date and time of access, the file requested, referrer URL, the browser type and operating system used. This processing serves the technical provision, security and stability of the website.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional provision of the website). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host, or will be concluded. For details of storage periods, please refer to the host's privacy notice (www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF); insofar as personal data is transferred to the USA, the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the EU Commission (Art. 45 GDPR).
4. Contacting us
If you use the contact form on this website, your entries are not transferred to or stored on a server of this website. The form merely opens your local email application with a prepared message; only when you send it there do you transmit your details to us by email.
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, company and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is aimed at the conclusion or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We store this data until your enquiry has been conclusively dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
5. Disclosure of data
Your personal data is only passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the technical provision of the website (hosting, see section 3), you have consented, or we are legally obliged to do so. A transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA only takes place in the context of hosting (see section 3) and is safeguarded by the guarantees mentioned there.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have in particular the following rights:
- the right to information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- the right to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
To exercise your rights, an informal message to the controller named in section 1 is sufficient.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. The competent authority is that of the federal state in which the controller is based (for ACM-Finance GmbH, based in Munich: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, www.lda.bayern.de).
8. SSL/TLS encryption
To protect data transmission, this website should be delivered exclusively via an encrypted connection (HTTPS). You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in the address bar of your browser.
9. Currency of and changes to this privacy policy
This privacy policy is currently valid. As the website develops further, or due to changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend it.
